What is your response to COVID-19?
Due to social distancing recommendations in response to COVID-19, I am working remotely for the foreseeable future. Telemental health sessions are available by phone or video. The video platform I use is VSee and is available for free download.
Are you accepting new clients?
At this time I am only accepting new clients for parent consultations and child-parent relationship training. I will resume play therapy services when I am able to return to the office.
When are you available?
I have availability for telemental health sessions Mondays-Saturdays each week.
What are your fees?
Telemental health sessions are billed in the following increments- $60 for 20 minutes, $90 for 30 minutes, or $150 for 50 minutes.
Do you accept my insurance?
I am not an in-network provider for any insurance panels. However, I can provide you with the necessary documentation for you to file for your out-of-network benefits.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online invoicing is done through Square. All major credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.
What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, you do so with at least 24 hours notice. A $45 fee is incurred for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.
