Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, I am accepting new clients. Please reach out for a complimentary prospective client call.

What are your office hours?

Sessions are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00a-8:00p and Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9:00a-2:00p.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Virtual appointments are an option for individuals 14 years and over. I do not offer virtual services for children 13 and under.

What are your fees?

Play Therapy, Family Therapy and Individual Counseling sessions are $200 for a 50-minute session and $120 for 30-minute sessions. Filial Therapy and Parent Consultations are $175 for a 50-minute session and $105 for a 30-minute session.

Do you accept my insurance?

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance panels. However, I can provide you with the necessary documentation for you to file for your out-of-network benefits.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

In an effort to make mental health services more accessible, I reserve a number of sliding scale appointments in the mornings and early afternoons. I am happy to discuss a reduced fee with you based on your needs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Online invoicing is done through Square. All major credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted. I am also able to accept payments directly from the Georgia Crime Victims Compensation Program.

No Surprises Act

The No Surprises Act went into effect on January 1, 2022. Per the act, all healthcare providers are required to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, if a client is uninsured, or if a client elects not to use their insurance.

It is my goal that all clients experience transparency with my billing structure, fees for services, as well as an understanding that I am not an in-network provider for any insurance panel. Additionally, because I view therapy as a collaborative experience, my hope is that you understand your right to determine how long you would like to participate in mental health care. It is difficult to determine the true length of treatment for mental health care, therefore I will continue to collaborate with you on a regular basis to determine how many sessions you may need. Clients will find a fee schedule for the services offered by me in the Informed Consent document completed at the beginning of services.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, you do so with at least 24 hours notice. The full session fee is incurred for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.
