Disney Pixar's Inside Out

Just saw this movie and I thought it was so great! I love that this movie normalizes different emotional experiences for kiddos and shows the value of ALL feelings, not just joy. Hopefully the movie also gives parents some insight into what feelings can be at the root of their child's "misbehavior." Instead of being reactive to confusing or frustrating behaviors, try to connect with your child and understand.
